After managing exclusive restaurants and private clubs in Las vegas and Hollywood Hills, Luciano went on to become the "Godfather to Seattle's Italian restaurant Renaissance." His first Seattle restaurant, Settabello--with it's Northern Italian cuisine and items such as osso buco, agnotti stuffed with veal, and the tiramisu featured on our dessert menu--launched his reputation. Over its 10 year run, Settabello changed the way Seattle thought about food. In 2012, the desire to be closer to his family and youngest daughter Oriana Bardinelli, fueled his relocation to SLO. The day after Thanksgiving, Luciano opened Firefly Pizzeria in anticipation for his new restaurant space to finish construction. Finally, in December 2012, everything was in place for his new location, La Locanda.
